What are the MOQs?
Apparel MOQ is 12 units. Kits MOQ is 10 kits. Event crates use kit MOQ (10) when you order kits, or apparel MOQ (12) when you order apparel-only.
How fast do you quote?
Quote in 1 business day after we have the brief. Lead-time tiers for production are 10, 15, and 21 business days.
What if my need-by date is too soon?
Tell us the date anyway. If the calendar does not fit a published tier, a human follows up with options. We will not fake a ship date.
What does “from” pricing include?
Starting bands cover typical blanks plus decoration. Shipping, taxes, specialty blanks, and rush are called out on the quote. Nothing is produced until you approve.
Do I need to pay anything to get a quote?
